What is Karmas-Orbit.com and why did you build it?
Karmas Orbit is an open digital library republishing old and sometimes hard to find books. It is free of charge to read anything from the library assuming you are within your local copyright laws (don't worry, we will get to that in a moment)
We are striving to build the most comprehensive collection of books on subjects like, wealth, success, the mind, inspirational, self-help, spiritual, happiness and anything else related to these genres.
The library started off as an idea to provide anyone regardless of your creed, colour or financial status access to some of the most profound reads in the world. I am doing my service in passing on the Karma.
Who are you and how did you build it?
I am just your average Joe, well actually my name is Adem, I have a love for reading and like to share my stuff, epic I know! I built this on Joomla using a variety of extensions, my blood, sweat and tears.
How Can I advertise on your site?
We are quite specific with who we advertise or partnership with, we consider advertising more of a partnership between business's rather than a transaction, therefore, to ensure that the investment in time and money yields worthy ROI's we like to ensure that the product will suit our viewers.
Am I allowed to use the books on your site?
Unless stated otherwise, all of the Books are in the Public domain in the U.S/U.K and therefore the copyright has expired. These are unabridged versions and the material was taken from the original public domain copies.
However, if you intend to use one the books, you must first remove any links, images, notices, (including covers) and association's with Karmas Orbit or trademark. On our website, we have many tools to help you find the original copies, so please make use of the information.
Why cant I just use the books from your site?
If you would like to share the books for free, use them for print or in schools, please do so as we encourage this philosophy. If you wish to use the books from the library for commercial purposes, you must remove what is mentioned in the above answer or use the resources to find the original copies.
How did you republish the books and why?
I republished the books using industry software, it is a very time consuming process to layout the books and get half creative for a new design. We chose to republish the books to give them a fresh look, providing them in PDF format for you, as well as make them pleasurable to use on devices like the iPhone and iPad.
How do I know what is in the Public Domain in my country?
There are many ways to determine a status of an expired/old book. Here are some simple guidelines:

I cant view your website properly, what's going on?
To view this site without issues, it is recommended that you use either firefox or chrome. Unfortunately this site does not support Internet Explorer, I am working hard to make this site compatible accross all browsers, although this will take some time.
Is this ethical?
Well, that really depends on what you do with the materials. I have always been taught that if you provide more value than you take in money value, then you will prosper. Even the likes of media titans like Walt Disney saw a great opportunity in the Public Domain and made huge success by turning the books of Hans Christian Anderson and Grimm Brothers into films, its no secret!
Do you have these eBooks in ePub or any other formats?
Sorry, but at the moment all the books are available in PDF only. There are many tools to help you convert the files for your eBook devices and we do intend to have this possibility in the near future. If we receive an overwhelming request for a particular book, we will try our best to give you the book in other formats.
